Swiyyah, LLC has a great return policy.

 

We want our customers to love their new organic purchase and happy with it, your satisfaction our priority.

 

Exchanges and refunds are not accepted on garments that have been costumed unless approved by Operations Management. To contact operations management about an issue with a custom garment you may email jade@jadestom.com within 3 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping charges on your returned order.

 

We will accept returns or exchange orders within 3 days after the shipping has been received on merchandise that is unworn, clean with original labeling.

U.S.A. SHIPPING

 

We ship USPS priority mail for all domestic packages, and ship USPS first class on all international packages with items less than $50.00. All items are made to order. Pre-sale orders are turned in for manufacturing once every two weeks thus take about 8 to 15 days before shipped. You will be notified at the time of shipping when your order is released. If there is an ending balance, all items must be paid for before shipping. Shipping charges vary depending on the amount of your order and the Zip Code.
